APIP Academy for EB

Dear AIESECer, this Academy has been created for you in order to gain all the important knowledge required for basic running operations in our beloved AIESEC and avoid any quality cases or violations
The Academy is meant for EB Members. (Each EB member must take the 10 quizzes of the academy)
The test is associated with your aiesec.net mail and you can only submit once. Why can't you submit more than once? because we have locked the submission for only 1 submission since we need to analyze the general knowledge of the plenary and get real data and insights on the education cycles and what the plenary lacks so that ECB can focus on them.
Important Notes:
1- Links can only be open if you are logged in with your aiesec.net mail in the Gmail of the laptop/PC and quizzes can be taken only once. if the link doesn't work, please use incognito tab and open the same link and it will direct you to log in with your aiesec.net mail.
2- APIP Passing Criteria for the individual :
2.1 For An EB Member : 85% Overall Score
2.2 For A Middle Manager : 75% Overall Score
2.3 For A Member : 70% Overall Score
3- In order for the LC to pass the APIP Academy, the LC shall satisfy the below passing criteria:
3.1 90% of the total number of EB Members in the LC shall pass the academy.
3.2 85% of the total number of Middle Managers in the LC shall pass the academy.
3.3 80% of the total members of the LC shall pass the academy.
2- The best way to go through it is by finishing each session and following it with its quiz.
3- Read all the instructions in the APIP Academy Page to understand the passing criteria.
4- Not passing the APIP Academy falls under severity 4 of the compliance matrix which leads to many consequences including freezing operations.
5- We recommend that you start taking the academy ASAP to tackle and avoid any issues regarding AIESEC mails or any membership issues.
Instructions and Timeline:
You should participate in the first round in order to have one more chance if you didn't pass, So If you didn't take the quizzes in the first round, there is no more chances for any other rounds."This is to be applied individually"
Avoid the groups submitting, Best practice to have sessions/meetings to study more about the academy, however any indicators for having group submissions will lead to rejecting these submissions.
DDL for the First round is 16th of October.
*UPDATE*We will have a checkpoint on the 10th of October. At that time, you’ll be able to review your results and request a second chance for submissions.
After the Checkpoint, Each individual will have the chance to resubmit the quizzes "only one time".
Any duplicate submissions before or after the checkpoint will result in all submissions being ignored.

Please check the results analysis through the below sheet. The date that shows under each quiz is the submission date. If there is no date, it means that this quiz wasn't submitted.

- If the overall result is Failed. You should check which quizzes were not passed and re-submit these quizzes only. Make sure that you are using the same email that was used in the first submission.
- Only one submission is allowed for the failed quizzes, Incase of submitting more than one time the system will automatically mark this quiz as failed.
- You can start resubmitting the failed quizzes from now till 16th of October 11:59 PM. Only one time is allowed.
- Submissions should be done with AIESEC mail except for who don't have it yet and their emails should be shared with ECB team otherwise their submissions will not be counted.
