Indemnity Form

FAQ & Guidelines:

1- What is the Indemnity Form?

According to the global safety guidelines, an indemnity form shall be filled and signed by every participant of any AIESEC Event such as but not limited to local/national conferences.

2- What is the severity of violating it?

Severity 2 (per each participant)

3- How will ECB be auditing it?

Each LC/OC of an event shall submit the official list of the participants (googlesheet link) and the documents in PDF format (preferably 1 PDF file contains all the documents) through the submission form located below.

4- What is the DDL to submit the documents?

Five days after the conference (counted on the day after the last day of the conference)
